All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
In accordance with the Food Information Regulations 2014, we provide allergen information for all our menu items. Our kitchen handles the 14 major allergens including cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide, lupin, and molluscs. While we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please inform us before placing your order. For detailed allergen information, please contact us directly.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within a reasonable timeframe before it is prepared. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. For orders with quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on demand, distance, and conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery charges, minimum order values, and delivery zones are as displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
